Are there any limits for how much I can buy-in with in a pool?
Answer: Yes, depending on the size of the game there are minimum and maximum limits for the buy-in and also for how much you can add during the game. This is displayed in the software when you have choosen a pool. There are games with as little as €1,00 in buy-in.
What is rake and how is it calculated?
Answer: The rake is a small commission charged to each pot for administrating the games. Only pots where there is a flop will be charged with rake.
The rake varies between 5-6% of the pot, depending on the size of the game (5% if blinds are €0,20/€0,40 or higher), and has a maximum cap depending on the number of players dealt cards in the hand according to the following table:

Your games are in Euro but I have another currency in my account, how does that work?
Answer: If your account is in another currency funds will be converted to Euro when buying in to a game and converted back to your account currency when you finish the game. The same exchange rate is used for transactions both ways and updated on a daily basis.

Does the poker software allow me to muck the winning poker hand?

Answer: If you get disconnected, for whatever reason, your hand will be folded in case you cannot act after another players has placed a bet. If there is no betting on the round your hand will be checked down and you will remain in the hand. If you have not returned in time for the next hand you will be sit-out if you are playing in a cash game.
What happens if the system crashes in the middle of a game?
Answer: If a hand is not completed due to a server crash all stakes posted in the pot will be returned regardless if a player has already folded.
